Remove film from the “Apply to Pod” side of HydroGrip and attach sticky side to the bottom of the Light Pod. Then, remove the film from the “Apply to Skin” side of the HydroGrip and over the pimple you would like to treat.

2. Activate.

Press the power button to activate your Light Therapy Patch. The device will auto shut off after 3 minutes.

3. Treat.

Let Blue and Red Light Therapy zap acne causing bacteria and reduce acne inflammation and redness.
